Installers and maintenance personnel favor the Series 616KD Differential Pressure Transmitters with One-Touch® technology because of their easy-to-use design. These transmitters are small and reasonably priced, which lowers both the upfront and ongoing costs. They entirely remove the need to span the instrument during calibration and do away with the heavy turn pots that are frequently present in other transmitters. Both ZERO AND SPAN may be precisely calibrated with a single digital push button, negating the need for extra reference pressure sources or distinct calibration tools. The transmitter doesn't need to be taken out of service and sent to a lab. It just requires the unit to be at zero reference pressure and one button to be pushed. Now that it has been calibrated, the transmitter is prepared for use. Throughout the product's lifetime, there are significant time savings when compared to standard transmitters that need to be taken out of service annually and calibrated over the complete span.
