The Series DH Digihelic Differential Pressure Controller is a versatile 3-in-1 instrument featuring a digital display gage, control relay switches, and a transmitter with current output. By integrating these functions into a single product, it streamlines inventory management, installation processes, and cost savings. Ideal for pressure, velocity, and flow applications, it offers a remarkable 0.5% full-scale accuracy across ranges from 0.25 to 100 in. w.c. This controller allows users to select pressure, velocity, or volumetric flow operation in various commonly used engineering units. It includes two SPDT control relays with adjustable dead bands and a scalable 4-20 mA process output. In velocity or flow modes, it provides a square root output on the 4-20 mA signal to align with the actual flow curve. With extreme flexibility in power usage, it accommodates both 120/220 VAC and 24 VDC power, commonly utilized in control panels. Programming is simplified through a menu key, offering access to five intuitive menus covering various functions such as security levels, engineering units selection, set point control, alarm operations, digital damping, and more. With its comprehensive feature set, including Modbus communications and field calibration, the Digihelic controller stands out as the go-to instrument for all pressure applications, eliminating the need for multiple devices.
